Grilled Cheese, Growth, and Gift Ideas

I hope everyone had the best Thanksgiving week last week! Many of us are enjoying our very first holiday season through our little one’s eyes. Soak in the magic! I hope to see some of you at the many events this month *see below*!

Recipe of the Week

10-minute Breakfast/Lunch Avocado Grilled Cheese
10 months +

Ingredients
2 pieces of whole wheat toast
½ an avocado
Shredded cheese of your choice
Butter for cooking

Directions
1. Assemble grilled cheese by adding mashed avocado and cheese on top.
2. Put a little butter on heated pan.
3. Add grilled cheese on toast for a few minutes on each side on medium heat, until cheese is nicely melted and toast is slightly golden
4. Cut into strips and serve along side fruit

Storage instructions- I recommend eating this fresh or can refrigerate and eat within 24 hours. If you are refrigerating, squeeze a little lemon on top of avocado, so it doesn't brown. Great for a quick snack in the morning for Mama too!
