Happy Sunday, Mamas! We had so much fun yesterday with those of you who made it to our last event of the year, Meet the Expert with Becca Mokuolu, Lead Occupational Therapist at OT by the Sea!

Recipe of the Week

8 months+ Peanut Butter Cookies
Struggling with ways to continue offering peanut butter? Look no further!
Make sure to discuss introducing allergens with your pediatrician if you haven’t done so already

10 minutes - Super Easy - Makes 10-12 cookies

Ingredients
½ cup peanut butter (I like the brand Once Again, you can also sub for any nut/seed butter)
1/3 cup ripe bananas
1 cup almond flour

Directions
1. Mash bananas.
2. Add peanut butter and almond flour. Mix until dough forms.
3. Let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Roll 10-12 balls on baking sheet (best with parchment paper. Gently press down with fork.
5. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
6. Let cook for 10 minutes and serve!

Storage instructions - Can store on the counter for up to 3 days or in the freezer for 1 month.
